PLASTICS MACHINING: Precision C.N.C. machining from prototypes through high volume production. Secondary machining for high precision from molded blanks is a specialty at MDM Inc. minimizing machining and material waste. Set up time and part costs are extremely competitive utilizing state of the art “live tool” technology. Close tolerance and critical surface finish parts are a specialty.

SCREW MACHINE PARTS: Brown and Sharpe screw machine parts in all thermoplastics and thermosets. Multiple spindle machines and Swiss machines available for high volume work. Pre-production samples are provided for all high volume jobs.
